As a real estate broker since 2004, Amanda prides herself on delivering seamless, high-value deals for her clients in the San Juan Mountains. Having successfully closed more than $370 million in career transactions, Amanda makes her clients’ real estate goals and dreams a reality. From Ridgway to Ouray to Montrose to the surrounding areas, Amanda loves to share this special region.

Working at LIV Sotheby’s allows Amanda to leverage an extensive network along with her skills to complete stress-free real estate transactions. She is highly regarded for her sophisticated investment analysis, unwavering integrity, and intuitive client service. Amanda’s focuses on building and nurturing trusting relationships with her clients and colleagues and she educates her buyers and sellers to help lead them to the best outcome in any property transaction.

The San Juans are a cherished region for Amanda. Her family was rooted in Ouray County in the early 1990s. After decades of visiting, Amanda moved to Ridgway with her husband to pursue the mountain lifestyle that they love. They opened Ridgway Adventure Sports in 2018, a backcountry gear, ski, and bike shop, and then she grew her real estate career in Colorado. In her free time, Amanda is found hiking, biking, skiing, camping, and traveling with her family, friends, and dog. You might also find her playing with her son Wren, at the park or community garden.

Amanda is a licensed Broker in Colorado and California and is a member of CREN, CAR, TAR, SFAR, and NAR.
